Pipe welders
- min 5 years of welding and 3 years of Pipe welding
- Experience from welding stainless steel pipes with thin-wall thickness
- Ability to weld black steel, stainless steel and 10 chrome. Diameter of the pipes vary from 15 mm to 800 mm.
- Ability to work with material groups 5 and 8.
- Experience from stick and TiG welding
- Basic English skills (knowledge of technical vocabulary)
- Experience from energy facility industry (preferably Power Plant) is highly appreciated
- Candidates should have valid welding certificates. Should the candidate have suitable experience but lacks the valid certificate, Opteam arranges a possibility to take the required skills test.
- Opteam will organize the training for the required occupational safety card and hot work licence.

Salary
- Salary corresponding the professional skills in accordance with the collective agreement of the technology industries. The salary is based on job requirement categories and personal wage elements.
- Salary depends on the skills level and experience.
- Possibility to work overtime.
- The social contributions (e.g. pension, insurance, holiday) are paid by the employer in accordance with the Finnish law and regulations.
- The workers are insured.
Accommodation
Since the work sites are located in different parts of Finland Opteam assists in acquiring reasonably priced accommodation close to the working place. The apartments are arranged for 3 - 4 and they have the basic equipment needed.

Pipe Fitters
- min 3 years of experience from fitting industrial pipes (not only from construction pipes)
- Ability to read technical (isometric) drawings
- Basic knowledge of English
- Experience from energy facility industry (preferably Power Plant) highly appreciated
